General Services in Vancouver

Today I'm going to talk about everyday services for supermarket, clothing store and restaurants in Vancouver.

1. Supermarket

When you visit Save on food, Walmart and Safeway in Vancouver, a store staff would help you.
Basically their service is good and when customer asks helps, they tried to do their best to make customer be satisfied.
However, since the store is really huge, when customer needs some help for searching product or checking inventory, sometimes it's hard to find staffs to help them.
But No worries. Customers easily find the devices for searching information of products.
In terms of a cashier, some cashiers always smile and very kind. They seems ready to meet customer. However, the others are standing with a straight face.
The refund system in Vancouver is really good.
When customer asks to return or to refund their products, staffs don't ask reason and they even didn't check the refunded product's status.


2. Restaurant


When we have a meal in restaurant, we will pay for tips to a server. Therefore, all restaurant's service is quite good. When customer enters the restaurant, servers take them to the seat with a smile. In addition, during or after they serve the meal, they frequently ask customer if they are satisfied with the food and their service. Thanks to the tip culture, overall service in restaurant is really good.


3. Clothing, Shoes stores
A store clerk's service is quite different as per the price range of the shops. Basically clerks didn't care about customer a lot. When customers ask help, they would help customers. Some of countries salesperson treats customer very carefully but not in Canada. They treat customer as their friend or peers.
