If you want to stay in spacious place and have interests in environment- friendly atmosphere, both house and town house will be the best choice.

- Spacious space
- Mostly in quiet residential area

Cons 😢😢😢
- Extra house choirs such as gardening, garbage recycling..
- Much colder in winter time
- Expensive


2. Condominium



Are you looking for a convenient and clean space? The condominium will be the answer.


Pros 😃😃😃
- Mostly easy to get to the transportation (Sky train, buses..)
- Many shops near the condominium
- New and clean (They were built less than 10 years)
- Nice view

Cons 😢😢😢
- Compared to apartment, the condominium is smaller
- Over-protection and strict regulation such as frequent fire alarming, inspections, strata bylaws, etc..


3. Apartment




When you are looking for affordable and large space for living, I'd recommend you to stay in apartment!

- Affordable price
- More spacious than condominium

Cons 😢😢😢
- Old and worn out
- shared laundry
- Noise between floors


Each of them has both strength and weakness.
Therefore, when you choose the place to live, please consider which character is the most proper for you!
